Account Director

Location: Remote (US), preference for NYC

We partner with performing arts centres, theatres, and Broadway touring productions to design and execute digital-first strategies that drive ticket sales, brand awareness, and reputed company.

ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting into the Executive Director, we are seeking an reputed company, reputed company-facing Account Director to reputed company reputed company’s strategic relationships with Performing Arts Center clients across the US. This role will own both the reputed company relationship and media delivery for venue clients, managing their digital reputed company end-to-end. 

You’ll work closely with internal teams (media, data, insights, reputed company search, programmatic, reputed company reputed company, etc.) to deliver best-in-class results, optimize campaign performance, manage budgets and reconciliations, and ensure reputed company satisfaction and reputed company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the full digital reputed company for assigned accounts
• reputed company as reputed company reputed company reputed company of contact, understand their goals (ticket sales, awareness, audience development etc.), translate venue needs into media reputed company and deliverables.

Media & Campaign reputed company

• reputed company media plans across channels (search, reputed company, programmatic, etc.), ensuring budgets are allocated reputed company. 
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement; proactively reputed company recommendations (creative, targeting, channel mix).

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage a reputed company report (Account Manager), by setting reputed company expectations, giving helpful feedback, and encouraging a reputed company, reputed company work environment
• Effectively reputed company and mentor team members, ensuring workloads are sufficiently monitored & prioritised to ensure deadlines are met
• reputed company cross-channel/dotted-line leadership over teams including Media Director, Search Manager, reputed company reputed company Manager, Programmatic Manager, Data & Insights Analyst. Ensure collaboration, alignment and reputed company delivery.

Budget Ownership & Reconciliation

• Own the media budget per account, reputed company spend vs plan, ensure reconciliation of costs, manage any discrepancies. Ensure billing is accurate and delivered on time.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Utilize data and insights to measure reputed company, generate reports, and iterate on reputed company
• Work with internal Data & Insights function to reputed company hypotheses, test, and reputed company high-reputed company tactics.

Production & Market reputed company

• Because this role is specific to performing arts/Broadway tours, you’ll need to deeply understand the ticketing environment, audience behavior for live theatre, the seasonal rhythms of touring Broadway, partnerships with local venues, etc. Use that reputed company to guide reputed company.

Requirements

• Experience: 7-10+ years in digital marketing / agency environment; must have proven reputed company record in leading accounts
• Preferred industry: Prior experience in live entertainment / performing arts / theatre marketing is highly preferred
• Channel familiarity: Deep experience with reputed company (reputed company/Instagram), reputed company, reputed company Ads, DV360, reputed company reputed company, programmatic. Familiarity with ticketing platforms (reputed company etc.), live event promotion, and analytics (reputed company Analytics etc.)
• Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams / functions, balancing reputed company report reputed company and cross-functional influence
• Communication & reputed company Management: Strong at building relationships, presenting reputed company, negotiating scope/budgets, managing reputed company expectations
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage up to 5 accounts simultaneously, reputed company with its own campaigns, budget, calendar/touring schedule.

Benefits

• A competitive salary between $110,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience
• 24 days PTO per calendar year, which will increase with length of service at one additional day per year, capped at 3 days, (plus extra time off over the Christmas period)
