Key Responsibilities

• Utilize blithequark's data entry techniques and rules to process new patient enrollments and reputed company information into our system.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigate to reputed company missing prescription data and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry issues reputed company to exceptions.
• Handle communication with patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Resolve reputed company-Party Rejections by inspecting, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and shut down computer, use mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, reputed company between applications, save files, print reports, and reputed company information online).
• Basic web browser skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the correct location, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a site, navigating back/reputed company/stop buttons, and filling out forms online.

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
