About the Role
We're looking for a self-motivated and energetic individual who can reputed company in a remote work environment. As a Live Chat specialist, you will be responsible for handling live chats from customers, providing reputed company and effective support to help them with their queries. You will not be taking calls from sales agents or customers; your reputed company will be on delivering exceptional live chat experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to live chats from customers in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Requirements and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the shipping or logistics industry
- Knowledge of shipping containers and their applications
- Multilingual skills (ability to communicate in multiple languages)
- Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools

- 5% commission on reputed company container sale (approximately $20-$30 per container)
