As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving calls from child support reputed company stakeholders, categorizing calls, recording abusive and extraordinary calls, and performing other duties as assigned. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable in modern office practices, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to calls from child support reputed company stakeholders in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a reputed company field

- Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (typing test will be administered during the interview process)

Schedule and Requirements
