As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll play a critical role in driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving.
About the Role
As a Customer Experience Agent at Blithequark, you'll be the face of reputed company, interacting with buyers and sellers to ensure a reputed company experience. - 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services.
- Weekend availability required.
- Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations.
