[Remote] Senior Director, Pharmacy Operations

The Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations is responsible for providing strategic reputed company and leadership to pharmacists-in-charge across multiple locations, managing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage PICs directly for multiple facilities across the organization, including ensuring employees’ performance is in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Establish the strategic reputed company, objectives, policies and procedures for the pharmacy program in support of the corporate strategic reputed company
- Manage and analyze operating costs and participate in preparing the annual budget for the assigned work function at both corporate and the health plans
- Formulate and ensure adherence with policies, operating procedures and goals in compliance with reputed company governing bodies
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate reputed company and reputed company cause analysis for cross-functional operational issues, including pharmacy audit, pharmacy communications and network pricing

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care or reputed company field
- 8+ years of health care operations management experience
- Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff
