We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home.

About the Role

As a Performance Analyst at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing measurement and analytical support for Contact Centers and reputed company-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company. You will work closely with reputed company to analyze data, identify trends, and reputed company insights that inform business reputed company. Your expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and performance metrics will help drive guest satisfaction and business reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Analytics and Forecasting:
  • Conduct forecasting, reputed company modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company
  • Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require reputed company research, and reputed company analyses from start to finish
  • Build reports and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
  • Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
  • Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to inform several programs
  • Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines
• Measurement and Analytics:
  • reputed company multiple reporting systems and databases (Tableau, reputed company, Hadoop, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports
  • Monitor data reputed company and report accuracy; escalate if needed

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
• 2+ years of non-internship experience in an analytical role
• Familiarity with forecasting techniques, including traditional statistical reputed company and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind performance, reputed company, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete reputed company on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
