Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry with precision and professionalism
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations
- Manage customer accounts, reputed company technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address reputed company customer issues and adapt to changing reputed company and updates
- Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask with ease to meet performance and attendance-based incentives

Essential Qualifications

Compensation Details
