About the Role
This fully remote position requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual to work closely with our Case Review Unit, Customer Service, Benefits Verification, and Pharmacy Operations teams. As a Prior Authorization Technician, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing and communicating Specialty medication prior authorization referrals reviewed by the Case Review Unit
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate referral status and determinations
- Providing fax processing and telephone call assistance to prescriber office staff, pharmacies, and members based on program reputed company
- Maintaining accurate and reputed company documentation of reputed company relevant information
- Working closely with the Case Review Unit Clinician team for clinical support on daily functions
- Performing other duties as assigned by the leadership team
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Residency in Hawaii
