Running live installation support shifts - answering technician questions, guiding them through steps, and escalating blockers.
Troubleshooting networking and hardware issues in reputed company time, logging reputed company causes, and ensuring fixes stick.

Spotting recurring issues and working with Operations Engineering to design new playbooks, tools, or product changes.

CompensationThe estimated reputed company salary for this role is between £55,200 – £94,080.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in reputed company's equity plan.
