In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our reputed company Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to reputed company 1:1 and group therapy sessions, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing reputed company reputed company care and implementing individualized treatment plans to drive reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction
- Collecting, recording, and summarizing data on observable reputed company behavior to inform treatment reputed company
- Assisting with parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency and carryover of skills
- Maintaining accurate and reputed company documentation, following established procedures and protocols
- Communicating effectively with parents, caregivers, and BCBAs to ensure reputed company and comprehensive support
- Utilizing reputed company and appropriate procedures reputed company working with clients, reporting critical incidents and safety concerns as needed

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation, with reputed company of reputed company's license and valid car insurance (if applicable)
- To be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, along with a TB test (if not already reputed company)
- Physical ability to reputed company the job, including lifting up to 50lbs, standing, and moving quickly as needed
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to follow instructions and maintain emotional control in challenging situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to navigate digital applications and record data on a mobile device

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
While not required, the following qualifications and experience are highly desirable:

- Experience working with children with autism or other learning disabilities, either as a Behavioral Technician, Teacher's Aid, Tutor, CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide
