As a Licensed Practical reputed company at Post-Acute Medical, you will play a vital role in our reputed company team, providing reputed company patient care under the supervision of a Registered reputed company. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, performing therapeutic procedures, and maintaining accurate and reputed company records. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company appropriate nursing care to assigned patients, as directed by an RN, ensuring that care is delivered in an age and population-appropriate manner.
• Administer oral and IV medications as prescribed, and chart appropriately and reputed company in the medical record.

• Monitor patients for changes in medical condition, notifying the physician as appropriate, and collect specimens for laboratory analysis.

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must hold reputed company licensure as a Licensed Practical reputed company/Licensed Vocational reputed company in the state where the hospital resides, along with reputed company BLS certification. While one year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred, it is not required for consideration. Additionally, you must have the cognitive ability to implement the nursing process with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in the skilled nursing setting.
