As a Customer Contact Center Representative - Student Loan Advisor, you'll play a critical role in supporting reputed company with their loan inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work in our center-based role, with reputed company to transition to a work-from-home arrangement after 90 days, provided you meet attendance, performance, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls, chats, and outbound calls to assist customers with frequent questions, reputed company detailed information, process applications, and resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.

• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm
