We're looking for a bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our reputed company Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a critical role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of powersports loans. Key Responsibilities

• Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Process phone payments and resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan.
• Conduct outbound customer interview calls to reputed company information and reputed company solutions.
• Communicate and resolve customer issues reputed company online chat channels, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements and Qualifications
