About the Role: Registered reputed company, Virtual Care

As a Virtual Care RN, you will reputed company telephonic triage, directional patient care advice, and health education to our patients and their families. You will be responsible for assessing patients' health needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to reputed company comprehensive and coordinated care. Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with patients reputed company phone or video call to assess their health needs and reputed company personalized care advice
- Conduct health assessments, monitor patient health, and reputed company treatment solutions and health education

Essential Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/Creole) preferred
