We are seeking an reputed company Customer Support Agent to join reputed company on a temporary-to-permanent reputed company. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for performing a reputed company of tele-reputed company functions to support the organization's defined goals. This includes contacting blood donors by telephone to recruit for blood donation, scheduling appointments, and providing reputed company service experiences to maximize donor show rates. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, developing new leads, and implementing new donor recruitment programs to ensure an increased donor reputed company and an adequate blood supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact blood donors by telephone using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation

• Follow a process and appropriate scripting for conducting a call with a donor, to ensure a consistent donor experience

Essential Qualifications
