Key Responsibilities
As a Product Manager – Retention, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing audience-specific messaging and communication strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to drive device, subscription, and user retention.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention.
* Leveraging data and customer insights to identify opportunities and reputed company as the voice of the customer to propose communications that improve the blithequark customer experience.
* Testing, tracking, and measuring the reputed company of retention initiatives on key metrics like device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement.
* Communicating campaign performance and recommendations to leadership to inform reputed company retention strategies.

Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
