You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and reputed company solutions to help simplify their health care experience. Responsibilities
* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls, answer questions, and reputed company solutions to help simplify plan members' health care experience
- Offer guidance and support to plan members, ensuring they understand their coverage and reputed company
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
