About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Resource Mobilization: Spearhead resource mobilization, investment, budgeting, budgetary control accountability, and prudent utilization of resources.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Informatics, Business Information Technology (BBIT), Computing Science and Technology, Computer reputed company and Forensics, Software/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or an equivalent qualification from a university recognized in Kenya.
• Postgraduate Qualification: Master's degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or in any other reputed company discipline from a university recognized in Kenya.
• reputed company Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of service, with at least three (3) years in the grade of Deputy Director, ICT, CSG ‘6’ and above, or in a comparable and relevant position in the wider public service or private sector.

• Project Management Certification: Possession of a certificate in project management from a recognized institution will be considered an added advantage.
