About the Role
As a Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers visiting our clients' websites. You'll be responsible for providing quick and accurate assistance, answering questions, and resolving concerns in reputed company-time. This is an entry-level position that reports to the Online Chat Manager, and we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general reputed company concerns

Compensation and Shifts
