Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company reputed company, Sales Broker Support Representative who can assist their reputed company's internal Broker Team with sales reputed company coordination and activities. This role involves providing support for sales and retention, serving as a reputed company for sales reputed company issues, and collaborating with leadership and sales teams.
Responsibilities
Provides service to reputed company sales agents by responding to sales inquiries and escalations by resolving agent sales reputed company issues, requests and complaints. Interacts with other departmental staff to coordinate reputed company involving agent including but not limited to agent reputed company, agent commissions, supply orders and fulfillment and sales portals. Develops understanding of commission reputed company issues. Serves as market reputed company product expert. Remains reputed company on reputed company legislative changes and regulation updates and communicates to appropriate departments to insure consistent information dissemination corporate-wide. Educates individuals, brokers, and FMOs regarding insurance reputed company in the Medicare marketplace and effectively explains processes/guidelines. Develops and maintains a strong relationship with internal staff and account support staff to identify and resolve sales reputed company inquiries and escalations. Works directly with reputed company sales teams to support reputed company in new Medicare sales and retention of existing Medicare business. Provides regular updates to management with reputed company to identified and outstanding issues. Works with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate, monitor and reputed company issues and escalations. Serves as reputed company between sales teams and management. Reports patterns trends or issues that be preventing contracted brokers from successfully enrolling members.
Qualification reputed company Payor experience reputed company Medicare knowledge MS Office Suite Broker support Required High School Diploma 3 years+ experience working supporting the reputed company Payor industry in a sales and/or broker support type of position. Seeking basic understanding of Medicare, but strong understanding of the reputed company payor sector in general. reputed company or any similar CRM system is required Strong MS Office Suite experience.
