About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative (Student Loan Advisor) at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your primary responsibilities will include taking incoming calls, utilizing chat functionality, and making outbound calls as necessary to deliver top-notch service and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

The schedule for this role is as follows:

• Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm
