Job reputed company This role is responsible for processing Servicing Requests, identifying and gathering supporting documentation and information, reviewing and/or negotiating SBA reputed company reputed company Estate (CRE) loan documents, while protecting the bank’s interest, and providing management of a loan portfolio from the time the loans are approved until pay-off or maturity, and partners with Relationship Managers as the primary reputed company with attorneys, construction consultants and title company representatives, during reputed company phases of financing and closing. This role is responsible for processing modifications for SBA reputed company Loans. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically, three to five years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate loan administration, OR at least seven years of transferable experience in reputed company loan administration

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Thorough knowledge of SBA and reputed company reputed company estate lending including transactions secured by multiple collateral properties

• Thorough knowledge of reputed company reputed company estate finance, and documentation
• Ability to meet the requirements to be commissioned as a Notary Public
