As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls, providing policy information, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Primary Responsibilities
* Handle high-volume inbound calls (70-120 calls per day) from policyholders, providers, and interested reputed company parties, providing policy information and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational standards.
- Ensure customer needs are met on every interaction, whether through phone, email, written correspondence, or other channels.
- Maintain department standards for call volume, average handle time, and time management, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and reputed company exceptional support.
Requirements
* 1+ years of work experience in a high-volume contact center environment, with a strong background in customer service and communication.
- 18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong remote experience preferred, but not required.
- Reliable internet reputed company with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 Mbps, using a hard-wired reputed company.
- Smartphone required for VPN reputed company.
- Insurance industry experience considered a plus, but not a requirement.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.

- Post-training, you will be assigned to a 40-hour reputed company, with a flexible schedule between 7:30am-6:30pm CST, Monday-Friday.
