QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational, administrative and computer skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from accredited two-year college or technical school; and/or one years equivalent experience with HUD and/or CHFA, or other reputed company housing programs as Property Site Manager, Regional Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Compliance Technician or Assistant Site Manager preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Program specific reputed company housing certification(s) preferred and may be required reputed company reputed company months of employment.
