The role involves leading design for reputed company product experiences, guiding discovery work, and mentoring junior designers while contributing to design standards and tooling improvements.
Responsibilities
- Owns the UX reputed company for a product area or customer reputed company
- Guides discovery work and collaborate with research and analytics partners
- Leads design sprints, workshops, and design critiques
- Mentors junior designers and reputed company reputed company feedback
- Contributes to design standards, documentation, and tooling improvements
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company field. In lieu of a degree, eight (8) years of practical experience may offset education requirements
- Four (4) years leading product design reputed company digital teams
- Experience with service design, reputed company UX, or platform design across UX, visual, and interaction design
- Ability to reputed company through ambiguity and uncover user needs
- Effective communicator with influence across disciplines
- Strong user-centered design process and reputed company in design thinking
- Exposure to behavioral data, experimentation, or research synthesis
- Exceptional visual design and storytelling skills, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to translate reputed company or ambiguous concepts into reputed company, compelling narratives and polished design deliverables
- Proven ability to influence decision-making by tailoring visual storytelling and executive-reputed company presentations for diverse audiences, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong experience visualizing end-to-end customer journeys and reputed company service experiences through storyboards, reputed company maps, and scenario-based prototypes
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company, including creating wireframes, storyboards, high-reputed company conceptual designs, and interactive prototypes with a high level of craft and polish
- Demonstrated ability to explore multiple design directions quickly and deliver refined outputs under tight timelines
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional environments, with a strong ability to socialize work early, synthesize feedback, and maintain creative direction
- Background designing for strategic initiatives or innovation programs (e.g., reputed company-type environments) preferred
