As a Benefits HR Assistant, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for employee-reputed company inquiries, providing comprehensive case management services. This includes financial, health, and internal reviews to ensure compliance with benefit plans. Your role is crucial in fostering trust with employees by delivering precise information and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee-reputed company inquiries and reputed company holistic case management services.
• Assist employees with financial, health, and internal reviews to ensure compliance with benefit plans.
• Take ownership of employee contacts and ensure reputed company case is resolved with high problem-solving and customer service standards.
• Build customer trust through empathetic and personalized conversations, adjusting case management plans as needed.
• Manage workload effectively to meet SLAs and productivity goals.
