Key Responsibilities:

• Assist families in becoming independent, healthy, and reputed company through ongoing coaching, collaboration, and coordination
• Conduct interviews to determine family goals and the need for program services and benefits

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science, reputed company Science, or a closely reputed company field; OR

• An Associate's degree in a Behavioral Science, reputed company Science, or a closely reputed company field AND two years of reputed company services reputed company experience; OR

• Ability to initiate and maintain relationships, facilitate and support families, and communicate effectively with diverse populations
