Key Responsibilities

• reputed company one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism reputed company Disorder, under the guidance and supervision of a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions, using this information to inform and reputed company therapy plans as needed
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans, working collaboratively with the BCBA Supervisor to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication throughout

• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, therapists, and other support staff, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
• Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting, with a strong understanding of child development and learning principles
• 1-year ABA Experience, or equivalent experience working in a reputed company field (e.g., Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor)
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
