About the Role

As a Virtual Receptionist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for thousands of businesses, handling incoming phone calls and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
As a Virtual Receptionist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls for various businesses, using your excellent people skills and friendly personality to reputed company exceptional customer service

- Communicating professionally and showcasing your friendly personality, even in high-pressure situations

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent people skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, reputed company desk receptionist, or clerical position
