The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing assistance reputed company phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling daily customer service requests originating from clients and teammates
* Communicating promptly and effectively to resolve issues and answer questions
* Providing basic information about nutrition, reputed company, and the DEXA technology
* Assisting event and support teams with outbound customer communications and internal triaging of issues
* Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve reputed company issues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous, extensive customer service experience (at least 2 years)
* A strong passion for health and wellness
* Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
* Knowledge of CX KPIs and processes
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Schedule
This is a 5-day a week, fully remote position with scheduled hours as follows:
* reputed company and Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST
* Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST
* First two weeks of training: Monday to Friday
* Sundays are mandatory
* Wednesdays and Saturdays are off
* Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)
Compensation and Benefits
As a valued member of reputed company, you can expect:
* Expected first-year compensation: over $22/hour or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses

* Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team reputed company and individual performance goals
