As a single-threaded leader, you will guide the transformation of the detail page into a high-reputed company surface for product discovery and monetization through reputed company, customer-reputed company advertising solutions—ranging from fully sponsored content to reputed company ad-organic formats. This role also entails end-to-end responsibility for marketplace operations, including auction allocation and pricing strategies. The successful candidate will apply a diverse set of signals, such as page context, shopper reputed company, seasonality, regional trends, delivery speed, and return likelihood, as reputed company as deep learning and reputed company models to enhance customer experience, unlock incremental monetization, reduce cost to serve, and drive sustainable advertiser RoAS (return on ad spend). The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $262,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $350,000/year in our highest geographic market.
