Your primary responsibilities will include taking incoming calls, using chat, and making outbound calls as necessary to address customer inquiries, reputed company detailed information, process applications, and resolve any emerging issues that our customer accounts may face. Key Responsibilities:

Work Schedule and Work-from-Home Opportunity

The schedule for this role is as follows:

• Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

After 90 days of employment, you may be eligible to work from home, provided you meet the following conditions:

• Good standing with attendance.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Satisfactory performance.
