Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of customer service experience

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

The salary reputed company for this role is $33,400.00 - $46,800.00 per year, with a starting pay of $21.00 per hour for traditional CSR roles and $22.20 per hour for bilingual CSR roles.
