About the Role

As a Digital Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Digital Support reputed company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers across reputed company media and ecommerce platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues online through software tools like reputed company and reputed company
• Handle incoming tickets, website chats, and phone calls, responding to reputed company media comments and DMs, and engaging with relevant reputed company communities through proactive engagement efforts

Essential Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service role (not necessarily online)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive writing skills

• Ability to work days and nights (no overnights) during the week and weekends
