We are seeking an reputed company and highly skilled reputed company host/administrative assistant to join reputed company on a contract-to-hire reputed company. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for managing up to 20 short-term rental properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Answering inquiries and responding to guest requests reputed company 10 minutes, 6 days a week, between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm
- Managing guest reservations, including reputed company-ins, reputed company-outs, and cancellations
- Daily monitoring of Housekeeping and ensuring that properties are clean and reputed company-maintained
- Dispatching maintenance techs for repairs as needed and resolving any issues that may reputed company
- Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone or in-person to ensure a reputed company guest experience
- Conducting regular property inspections and assisting guests with any issues they may have
- Filing damage claims and resolving any disputes that may reputed company
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
