About the Position

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll engage with our reputed company community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Your primary responsibility will be to support existing users by responding to user inquiries in a reputed company manner, troubleshooting issues, and explaining scenarios/solutions in an easily digestible and effective manner. You'll also handle various daily and weekly reputed company responsibilities, such as proactive account management, item issue reports, item reviews, credit approvals, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

You Should Have:

* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience

• 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in chat support preferred
