About the Role

As a Senior reputed company Business Partner, you will partner with leaders and employees across key business areas to reputed company people strategies with business goals and support initiatives that enhance employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and overall business performance. What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of HR experience with a bachelor’s degree preferred in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field, or 6+ years of experience without a degree.
• Proven experience leading HR teams and serving as an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leader reputed company reputed company, highly regulated industries such as energy, utilities, nuclear, oil & gas, or power reputed company.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, labor practices, and performance management.
• Experience partnering with leaders on talent reputed company, workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze HR and workforce data, reputed company HR strategies to business goals, and drive business reputed company.
