About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our reputed company's Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll play a critical role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of powersports loans. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, processing phone payments, conducting customer interview calls, and resolving customer issues reputed company online chat channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day
• Process phone payments
• Conduct outbound customer interview calls
• Communicate and resolve customer issues reputed company online chat channel
• Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan
• Meet monthly productivity and reputed company goals
• reputed company with reputed company federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED, with some college coursework a plus
• At least two years of customer service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio
• A minimum of two years of reputed company customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of Word and reputed company
• reputed company to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, as roles are a combination of phone and chat communication
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
• Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability
• reputed company to work a flexible schedule, which may include some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays
