The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for English and Spanish-speaking individuals who have questions or concerns regarding their retirement plan. Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or post-secondary education preferred

• 0-1+ years of general experience; prior customer service or financial services experience a plus
• Bilingual with verbal and written proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to quickly learn reputed company systems and product knowledge
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or post-secondary education

• 2+ years of previous service industry and/or financial services experience
• Previous remote or work-from-home experience
