The Role
As a Part-time Nights/Weekends, Remote/Hybrid Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
- Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent reputed company
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
- Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs
- Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established reputed company requirements
