As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for members in need of roadside assistance. You'll take inbound calls, ask essential questions to understand reputed company member's unique situation, and navigate our computer program to locate reputed company member and identify nearby service providers. • *Responsibilities**

• Answer inbound member calls and reputed company exceptional customer care and follow-up
