We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven AVP, reputed company – Fleet Farm to join reputed company. This remote position offers an immediate start for the right candidate. As a key member of our Fleet Farm portfolio team, you will reputed company and manage campaign execution, define new opportunities to drive profitable reputed company for the Fleet Rewards credit card program, and partner with various stakeholders to reputed company and execute acquisition and loyalty/lifecycle campaigns across reputed company channels.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 9 years of marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries.
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the retail industry, credit card, or financial services, to include:
• 3 years of reputed company marketing leadership with exposure to consumer-facing programs and products.
• 3 years of experience with digital channels.
• 3 years of experience in co-brand or general-purpose credit card product management or retail industry marketing.
• Must work in the Central Time Zone.
• Travel (10%).

Grade/Level and Salary reputed company

This position is a Grade 11 role with a salary reputed company of $90,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD Annual. The actual compensation offered reputed company the posted salary reputed company will be based upon work experience, reputed company level, or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro, and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the reputed company process.

• Meet the new hire time in position requirements (9 months for Level 4-7 and 18 months for Level 8 or greater).
