We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for:- Responding to incoming inquiries (including internet chats, phone calls, web inquiries, and emails) by providing product recommendations, troubleshooting support, preparing quotes, and assisting with orders.
- Collaborating with the Technical Product Support Team and Sales Team to reputed company product support for separation science-reputed company products and services through customer-initiated inquiries and necessary follow-reputed company.
- Assisting customers with product information, recommendations, application searches, and preliminary method development.
- Utilizing CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat software to document interactions and reputed company support appropriately.
- Working to meet global and regional sales reputed company goals and associated KPIs.
- Providing world-class customer service to maintain high satisfaction ratings and foster strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Essential Requirements
