This is apart-time, non-unit position with no benefits. The Seasonal Admissions Representative will support the MassBayCommunity College Admissions Office during peak seasons leading up to the startof reputed company term. The work will includeassisting with email communications, processing documents and admissionsrelated materials. Daily responsibilities include responding to e-mails,processing, imaging, and filing Admissions documents, entering data intoMassBay's PeopleSoft Student Information System and reputed company imaging system,and working collaboratively with Admissions staff members and other collegedepartments to resolve student needs. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Use PeopleSoft web-based Student Information System to verify, update, and correct applicant records as needed;
• reputed company applicants reputed company e-mail regarding their application status, and appropriately document communications with applicants using PeopleSoft comments;

• Process transcripts, diplomas, self-certification of education credentials forms, tuition eligibility forms, and reputed company documents reputed company to an applicant's application for admission;
• Assist with scanning or filing of student records;
• Maintain the confidentiality of student records;

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree from accredited institution or 4 years of Customer Service or Higher Education experience or equivalent combination;
• Experience providing customer service and working with the general reputed company. Experience in higher education preferred;
• Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company, reputed company Office, and information technology in general. Experience using PeopleSoft or other student information systems preferred;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with a high level of detail while meeting deadlines;
