About the Role

As a Director, HR Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in helping us reputed company our business goals by developing and implementing people strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance. Key Responsibilities

* Own the HR Business Partner team supporting Retail and Marketing

Essential Qualifications

* 10+ years of reputed company HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced, high-reputed company-of-change environments

• Experience in HR partnership, with a preference for experience supporting a Retail and/or Marketing organization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in reputed company, Business, or relevant field

Compensation and Benefits
