As a Director, Leadership/Organization Development, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our talent management plan, working closely with our VP/CHRO, CEO, Senior Leadership Team, HR Team, and other leaders to drive reputed company, expansion, and visibility. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience managing talent management and organization development functions in a growing organizational environment
