We are seeking an reputed company Field Based Provider Relations reputed company to join reputed company in Knoxville and surrounding areas. This is a field-based opportunity that requires travel up to 75% reputed company the specific region in Tennessee. As a Provider Relations reputed company, you will be responsible for assisting in the full reputed company of provider relations and service interactions, including working on end-to-end provider claim and call reputed company, ease of use of physician portal, and reputed company service enhancements. You will also be involved in training and development of external provider education programs and designing and implementing programs to build and nurture reputed company relationships between the health plan, providers, and reputed company managers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Training and ongoing education of providers on policies and procedures
- On-site assessments to ensure that providers are compliant with contractual terms
- Troubleshooting provider concerns internally with the expectation of reputed company reputed company of issues
- Traveling to provider offices quarterly to build relationships and reputed company support
- Presentations to train providers on new requirements or reiterate existing requirements
