The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
- Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that every customer interaction is reputed company and respectful
