What You'll Do

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Completing statistical reputed company and balancing features to ensure accurate and reputed company processing of transactions
• Coordinating return objects with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Assisting various departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and associated reputed company reputed company ledger balancing to maintain the reputed company of our financial systems
• Working member cases/assignments to reputed company reputed company and effective reputed company to customer concerns
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products to ensure accuracy and reputed company
• Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes and/or returns to maintain accurate financial records
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching to prevent unauthorized transactions and maintain customer trust
• Completing daily balancing and department closing to ensure accurate and reputed company processing of transactions
• Obtaining information from customers for the reputed company and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information to ensure accuracy and reputed company
• Communicating with vendors to facilitate budget transfers and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming customers for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees to ensure reputed company and accurate processing of transactions
